Shipping policy

Delivery service is only available for eligible local addresses within Malaysia. Dancom reserves the right to decline delivery service to any address that are deemed ineligible by us.

For coffee machine, free delivery for purchases within AREA A, a delivery charge of MYR 50.00 per unit applies for AREA B and charge of MYR 150.00 per unit for AREA C. 

For care products and accessories:
Order above RM200.00, free delivery charges.
Order below RM200.00, delivery charges of RM30.00 applies for Area A, B and C.  

It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that a recipient is present to receive the goods and to acknowledge on Dancom’s Delivery Order (DO) during the specified time slot which was agreed upon. Delivery fee at the prevailing rate is chargeable for each additional delivery trip.

Longer delivery time will be needed in the following situations:
Purchased item(s) contains Accessories & Tools only
- Any out-of-stock items
- Delivery details provided are incomplete
- Request from customer to change order or delivery details
- During festive seasons

Remarks:
“Working day” shall not include Saturday, Sunday, bank or public holidays in Malaysia.
